Some lessons are too valuable to keep quiet. Some insights are too costly to be forgotten. For business leaders, a well-crafted book is not just a reflection of past success: it’s a strategic tool for what comes next.
For those who have something to say, and more to build
We serve entrepreneurs, executives, and innovators who know the power of a well-told story. These clients are not interested in writing a memoir… yet. They’re interested in writing their future, sharing insights from a career past, and motivating others to reach the next level.
Whether you’re looking to attract premium clients, secure keynote invitations, or establish yourself as a thought leader in your industry, your book becomes your most powerful asset. We create these books with the same discretion, depth, and creative focus as our legacy memoirs—delivered through a seamless process designed to respect your time and elevate your voice.
Each manuscript is shaped through strategic interviews, deep industry research, and narrative positioning. Our writers study your ventures, your public presence, and your values. The result: a book that doesn’t just tell your story—it positions you for influence.
We take on a limited number of business titles each year, working by referral or by private application. Our process is designed for high-achievers with limited time and unlimited vision.

Private. Seamless. Literary.
A Summary of Our Process
Expected Timeline: 6-12 months

We begin with a private, in-person consultation to understand your goals: What doors should this book open? Who needs to read it, and what do they need to know? We’ll align on audience, tone, content structure, and publishing timeline.
1. Discovery & Positioning

Many clients come to us with big ideas, but no clear starting point. That’s our job. As we become familiar with your vision, we create a chapter-by-chapter outline that structures your insights into a high-impact format. Together we’ll review and refine the outline before moving forward.
3. Outline Strategy

We build your book chapter by chapter, delivering drafts for your review along the way. You’ll be supported by our senior editorial team, with space for feedback and refinement at every stage and no limit on edits.
5. Manuscript Creation

For clients pursuing traditional publication, we handle the strategy and submission. Our team identifies aligned publishing houses and manages every element of the proposal process, from crafting polished submission packages that include your professional bio, executive CV, query letter, references, and a compelling book synopsis tailored for acquisition editors.
7. Traditional Publication Assistance

Interested in ongoing support? Consider signing up for our retainer program and keep us on call for ongoing authorship services including:
Keynotes speech writing
Podcast scripts
Media prep & assets
Presentation & workshop development
Conference speaking pitches
Public branding development
Brand assets (author website, print materials)
Marketing campaign development
and more.
9. Retainer Services
2. Strategic INterviews
You talk. We listen.
Over a series of Zoom interviews scheduled at your convenience, we draw out the stories, lessons, and insights that define your business journey and expert advice. You don’t need to prepare; just show up and speak from experience.

4. Deep RESEARCH & Voice Alignment
Our team studies your industry, key players and influences in your life, your media presence, leadership style, and communication patterns. We ghostwrite in your voice, pulling from interviews, public appearances, podcasts, and internal materials to ensure the tone is unmistakably yours. You are in the driver’s seat, we’re providing navigation.

6. Book Design
Our head of design transforms your manuscript into a powerful brand asset. You’ll receive custom cover concepts and interior layouts that reflect your professional image and industry presence. From refined typography to clean, high-impact formatting, every element is designed to elevate your authority and ensure your book looks as exceptional as it reads.

8. Publishing & Launch Strategy
Once the manuscript is complete, we handle publication through your preferred channel—traditional or private. We also register the book for public royalty programs and ensure royalties and book profits automatically deposit into the client’s financial accounts.
It’s at this step that writers often become vulnerable to predatory ‘vanity press’ companies that take advantage of new authors through high-pressure tactics and false promises. We review all contracts offered to you and give guidance on industry standards.
